I have used Autolite since they first started their businss some 3 and a half years ago. I do not believe I have ever had such good service support from any other company. I have never felt as if I have been overcharged. In fact at times I expected to pay more. Possibly because I previously used the Mercedes main dealer in the area and every bill had a sting in the tail. In these days of the multinationals taking over the world in every market, whether its supermarkets, airlines, car dealers etc - its great to see an independant business that really combines the best quality service with excellent value. Ian and Kirk have many years of experiene - all the servicing has been tip top - both the cars i've brought to the have run superbly and with lower prices for parts - no unecessary "extras" - and labour costs that have very significant savings versus main dealers, and they're really nice guys!
