Total Piece Of Mind

I have used numerous so called specialist garages in the past to try and look after my pride and joy Mercedes E-Class, I urge anyone to try and find better as I can tell you now that none of them compare to Auto Elite. It is by far the best, most experienced specialist I have come across. I would favour these guys over Mercedes themselves any day. Sheer quality and reassurance throughout, they kept me informed every step of the way while they had my car, exceptionally professional yet very pleasant and their service is truly second to none. I got my car back running smoother and better than ever. I am thoroughly impressed, to the point of where, from now on this is the only place that I will ever let touch my car again.

superb customer service, really small job, but the care and attitude , from  the engineers,was 1st class. the price was exceptional, I will be taking my car there for any of its needs . I cannot recommend enough, must be one if not the best in hull. thankyou. trevor and the boxer

Fantastic service, Brilliant garage

I have a slk which had a problem with its power, been like that since I owned it and many different places tried to diagnose different faults, none of which cured it. AutoElite diagnosed it and by the very next day I had my car back with full power, feels like a different car, thank you guys

Simply the best

this guys are always have a open ear for your problems. They are always honest and tell you what you really need to repair. This guys you can trust. They make a second hand car check for a low price and you know what you have bought ;-) The repairs have a high quality and the staff is always friendly. I drive a e-class w211 220 cdi and this guys know this kind of cars. Very impressed with these guys and will definately return. Thank you !

cost effective friendly service

These chaps are so very helpfull, they know all the things that they should and have all the technical gismo's in order to provide a cost effective, friendly service which has kept my car at its best for several years.

Don't bother with official Merc agents.

This was my first time of using AutoElite but it won't be my last. Very knowledgeable & helpful, repaired where possible & I wasn't pressured into buying something I could do without or could put off until I could budget for it another time. Well impressed !

I have used Autolite since they first started their businss some 3 and a half years ago. I do not believe I have ever had such good service support from any other company. I have never felt as if I have been overcharged. In fact at times I expected to pay more. Possibly because I previously used the Mercedes main dealer in the area and every bill had a sting in the tail. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend the team to anyone who wanted the best service, honest advice and reasonable sensible servicing charges.

Since discovering AutoElite and getting to know the friendly/helpful staff Ian/Kirk and others I have no hesitation in recommending them to any Mercedes owner. Keep up the good work.

In these days of the multinationals taking over the world in every market, whether its supermarkets, airlines, car dealers etc - its great to see an independant business that really combines the best quality service with excellent value. Used AutoElite since they started. Ian and Kirk have many years of experiene - all the servicing has been tip top - both the cars i've brought to the have run superbly and with lower prices for parts - no unecessary "extras" - and labour costs that have very significant savings versus main dealers, and they're really nice guys! Not only do we want them to do well, but they deserve to do well!
