Both Ian and Kirk have vast experience in the prestige auto repair industry.
Ian Richardson trained and qualified as a master technician with Jaguar Hull, with whom he spent 16 years and became their leading diagnostic technician and foreman. He then furthered his career with Mercedes Hull and progressed from their leading diagnostic technician to being in overall control of the workshop and Quality.
Within Kirks time at Hull's Mercedes dealership he completed vast training at Mercedes uk headquarters, gaining various qualifications to include becoming one of the few brabus accessories installers in the country. He also qualified as a Mercedes diagnostic/master technician, mercedes highest grade.
Prior to mercedes he worked for Renault as an RTE, Renault Technical Expert.
He also worked at a leading independent garage carrying out MOT's, services and repairs to all makes and models.
